1) How do I know your tattoos are safe?

Our temporary tattoos have been tested by the United States Testing Company, Inc. for flammability, toxicology (eye and skin irritation), and chemical analysis.  These tests resulted in zero irritation.  Our temporary tattoos are in compliance with all applicable government standards for consumer products; they are considered cosmetics for testing purposes.

Although our temporary tattoos have tested safe for eye and skin irritability, we recommend that the tattoos should not be used near the eyes or on sensitive skin.  They should be removed only with rubbing alcohol or cellophane tape, and should NEVER be rubbed or scratched off, as this will irritate the skin underneath the transfer. 

It may reassure you to know that we have applied our tattoos to children in hospitals in Akron, Columbus and Dayton, Ohio, to help cheer them up.  We have also had hospitals place custom orders for our temporary tattoos.

2) How is your quality better than other temporary tattoos?

We use a unique process to make our temporary tattoos: silk screening.  This gives the tattoo bright, vibrant colors that last for days.  They also apply easier, without ripping or shredding.  Once you apply them, they are waterproof – they will not run in the rain or wash off in the shower.
 

3) How are the temporary tattoos put on?

The tattoos come on a small sheet of paper with a thin cover sheet on top.  Cut out one tattoo and peel off the cover sheet.  Place the tattoo face down on clean, dry skin (make-up may prevent the tattoo from adhering to the skin properly).  Take a wet cloth or paper towel and press it against the paper backing of the tattoo for 20 seconds, or until the paper is thoroughly soaked.  Carefully peel the paper away, and use the wet cloth to smooth down the edges of the tattoo against the skin.

4) How do you remove the tattoos?

DO NOT rub, scrub, or scratch the tattoo off, as this may damage your skin! To remove, press tape over the tattoo, then peel away.  Tattoos also dissolve with baby oil or rubbing alcohol. Some make-up removers (e.g., Mary Kay) and baby wipes (e.g. Huggies) can remove any adhesive residue, as well.

If you are selling them as a fund raiser or applying them to customers, YOU MUST make sure your customers understand how to remove them.   When we ship your order, we include a sheet of instructions that you can copy and hand out to your customers.  Or, simply give the customer the paper backing from the tattoo application; the removal instructions are printed there as well.

5) How long will the tattoos last?

Our tattoos will last from 1 to 5 days before they show excessive wear.  They can be removed by pressing tape on top of them and peeling the tattoo away, or use rubbing alcohol to dissolve the tattoo.  DO NOT RUB, SCRUB OR SCRATCH OFF the tattoos, as you may damage the skin in the process.

6) Do the tattoos wash off with soap and water?

NO!!
 They are waterproof!  Please do not try to wash the tattoos off with soap and water.  If you are selling them as a fund raiser or applying them to customers, YOU MUST make sure your customers understand how to remove them.  They can be removed by pressing tape on top of the tattoo and then peeling it away, or use rubbing alcohol to dissolve the tattoo.  DO NOT RUB, SCRUB OR SCRATCH OFF the tattoos, as you may damage the skin in the process.   When we ship your order, we include a sheet of instructions that you can copy and hand out to your customers.  Or, simply give the customer the paper backing from the tattoo application; the removal instructions are printed there as well.

7) How long does it take to ship my order after it's received?

We ship in-stock items within one business day of receiving your order.

8) How do you ship my order?

We ship via United Parcel Services (UPS).

9) How long does it take to receive my order?

If you ask for standard shipping, you should receive your order within 1-5 business days, depending on how far away you are from Ohio.  Rush delivery is also available for an additional charge; just check the appropriate box when you place your order online.

10) Can we get our tattoos overnight?

Yes, we can ship stock items for next-day delivery if you place your order before noon Eastern time (Monday-Friday). Friday Overnight will be delivered on Monday.  There is no Saturday delivery.  For next day delivery of temporary tattoos only, there is an additional $17 shipping charge; for second day delivery, there is an additional $10.00 shipping charge.
If you order non-tattoo items, add $10.00 plus $2.00 per pound to regular shipping for second day air add $20.00, plus $3.00 per pound to regular shipping for overnight shipping.

11) What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is $15.00, not including shipping and handling or tax.

12) Do I need a purchase order number?

We require a purchase order number if your school or organization requires one.  We do not require purchase order numbers if you don’t usually use them.

13) Is there tax on my order?

Only if you are an Ohio Resident.

Ohio Residents add 6.25% to your order if paying with a personal credit card.  You do not need to add tax if you are re-selling our products in a retail store or as a school fundraiser. (Using a school credit card or purchase order).

14) How large are the tattoos, and how many come on a sheet?

It depends on what category of tattoos you are looking at.  Click on the picture you are interested in; on the View Details page, you will see a title over the picture of the tattoo. If it says:

Game Faces – there are four tattoos on a sheet, and they are each about 1-¼ inches in diameter;

Holiday Theme – there are four tattoos on a sheet, and they are each about 1-¼ inches in diameter;

Spirit Accents – there are 16 mini tattoos on a sheet, and they are each about ¼ inch in diameter;

Game Bands – there are three larger tattoos on a sheet, and they are each about ¾ inch high and 4-¾ inches wide.

15) I am using the temporary tattoos as a fundraiser. How much should I sell them for?

Most people sell our temporary tattoos within the following price range; you should sell them for whatever you feel comfortable within your community. 

            Game Faces:   50¢ - $1.00 per tattoo

            Game Bands:  $1.00 - $2.00 per tattoo

            Spirit Accents: 15¢ - 25¢ per tattoo OR 50¢ - $1.00 for a strip of four tattoos

16) Can I get the tattoos in a different color?

Many of our designs come in different colors.  Usually, if a color is typed at the bottom of the tattoo picture (e.g. H-07-2 Blue) then there is more than one color available.  Try entering the design description as a word search, and you should get all the different colors and styles available.  Some designs come in ten different color alternatives, some have just a couple alternatives, and some come only in one color scheme.  If you do a search and you are still not sure, please feel free to call us at (800) 627-4003 or e-mail us with the code number of the design and color you are looking for.

17) Can I mix and match the tattoos I want?

Yes, you can mix designs of the same pricing to get to a quantity discount.  We ask that you order in lots of 25 sheets per design (we pre-package them that way), but we will give you whatever quantities you need of any given sheet of tattoos.

18) Which tattoos count toward the quantity price breaks?

To meet quantity price breaks, you may combine Game Faces, Spirit Accents Mini Tattoos, and Holiday Faces to get a better price on a larger total quantity.

You may also combine Player Numbers and Game Bands for quantity price breaks.

*NOTE: You CANNOT combine Game Bands or Player Numbers with Game Faces, Spirit Accents Mini Tattoos, or Holiday Faces to get a price break.*

19) Do I have to order 25 sheets per design of tattoos?

No, you can buy whatever quantities you need of any item.  We do pre-package our tattoos in bags of 25 sheets, so if you can order a multiple of 25, it will speed processing.  If you need less than 25, we will be happy to open up a bag and take whatever is needed to fill your order.

20) Do you ship outside the United States?

We accept orders from Canada, APO and FPO.  We are not set up to ship any other international orders.

21) Can I order other jewelry mascots?

We have a limited selection of jewelry mascots available; however, we can do custom orders.  You would need to order a minimum of 144 pairs of earrings or 288 necklaces at $4.50 each, or 288 pins or keychains @ $3.25 each, and there is a $150-$250 set-up cost (depending on the design).  Delivery on new custom designs takes 8-12 weeks from the time we receive your artwork.  For more information, please call us at (800) 627-4003 or

22) What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
We do not accept American Express.

23) Is there a free catalog available?


Absolutely!  Just click on the Request A Catalog tab at the top of this page to order your free catalog.

24) Can we get a tattoo of our school logo?

We can do custom Game Faces tattoos of your school logo.  The minimum order for a custom is 1,000 sheets with four tattoos per sheet.  The price per sheet is $1.15, and the art charge is $200.00.  Custom designs are usually produced in the Spring for Summer delivery.  For more details, or for information on custom Game Bands or Spirit Accents, please call us at (800) 627-4003 or

25) Do you have any other designs not shown in your catalog or on the web site?

We have a very small number of designs that are not shown in the catalog or on the web site.  If you have bought a particular design from us before but don’t see it pictured, please call us at (800) 627-4003 or 
e-mail us; we may have a few available still.

26) Do you have any more letter tattoos?

The only letter tattoos we have as stock items are C, M, H, N, S, and W.

27) What are the most popular designs?

With each new year, we are adding more designs to meet our customer's requests.  The paw prints, in a variety of designs, continue to be popular tattoos since they meet the needs of many different mascots.  The flaming football, basketball, soccer, baseball/softball, and volleyball are very popular, as well as team color stars, megaphones, and team color slogans.

28) Can you mix designs on the same sheet?

No, the designs on a sheet only come as shown.

29) Do I order by number of sheets or number of tattoos?

Order by number of sheets.

30) Do you have any other spirit supplies besides tattoos?

31) How long have you been in business?

In 1983 our founder and president, Dan Waller, dreamed up the original temporary sports tattoo.  He began designing and marketing Team Tattoos (now Game Faces) and found that sports fans at all school levels loved them.  Dan Waller insisted on the highest quality temporary tattoos with bright, vibrant colors, and we maintain that high standard.  Today, we are not the only supplier of temporary sports tattoos, but we were the first and we guarantee the highest quality and the fastest turnaround time, with reasonable prices and low shipping costs.

32) What is your privacy policy?

Team Dynamics is committed to protecting the privacy of our online customers, and take all necessary steps to make sure that your personal information is secure. All sensitive information is encrypted on our site. We use the information we request about you to process orders and to provide personalized, timely service.  Team Dynamics does not sell, share or rent your personal information for any reason.

33) What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We stand 100% behind the quality of our products. Please contact our customer service team at 1-800-627-4003 if you have any questions.

RETURNS

We also accept returns of undamaged product suitable for resale within 30 days of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed and any shipping incurred will not be refunded. Before returning any product, you must contact our Customer Service Team for a Return Authorization Number.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you receive defective merchandise, we will replace it or refund your payment. Please notify us of any defects within 10 days of receiving your shipment.

34) How large are the Mini-Helmet Air Fresheners?

The  Mini-Helmet Air Fresheners are a small plastic replica football helmet that are three-dimentional.  The helmets are 2.75" diameter (about the size of a tennis ball).

35) Can we get the Mini-Helmet Air Freshner with our team logo on it?

We do not offer custom printing on the Mini-Helmet Air Fresheners, however, Game Faces Temporary Tattoo Mascots and Team Player Numbers easily apply to the helmets with water and can be removed with rubbing alcohol.

36) If my organization is not associated with a school, can I use a Purchase Order Number?

Yes, you may use a Purchase Order Number if you have filled out a credit application and established a net 30 day account with us. If not, we can fax or e-mail you a credit application. Otherwise, we would require a credit card, check with order, or C.O.D. for payment. There is an additional shipping fee of $9.00 for a C.O.D.
