TEAM DYNAMICS, INC. CODE OF CONDUCT
Team Dynamics, Inc. has been family owned and operated since its inception in 1983. Our company is concerned with protecting the environment, keeping jobs in the United States, and ensuring that employees are treated fairly and with respect.
To that end, Team Dynamics has implemented the following Code of Conduct, which we adhere to ourselves and expect from the suppliers with whom we do business. Specifically, we require compliance with this Code from any supplier of materials for our Game FacesŪ Temporary Tattoos:
I. We are committed to conducting our business affairs in a socially responsible and ethical manner, protecting and preserving the global environment.
A. We comply with all applicable legal requirements in conducting our business, and treat our suppliers, employees and customers fairly and ethically.
B. We meet or exceed all standards set by the labor laws of the United States, including but not limited to those regarding wages and benefits, working hours and overtime pay, child labor, forced labor, health and safety, non-discrimination, women?s rights and reproductive rights, and freedom from any kind of hostile work environment, harassment or abuse, and freedom of association.
C. We practice recycling, use recycled products whenever feasible, and promote the use of recycling and recycled products in our marketing.
D. We use local suppliers whenever practical to reduce our carbon footprint and keep jobs in the United States.
II. We hereby adopt the Fair Labor Associations? Workplace Code of Conduct and incorporate it by reference, along with any updates or additions that the Fair Labor Association may deem appropriate.
III. To ensure adherence to these standards, a representative of Team Dynamics supplies this Code, and visits the manufacturing site of any supplier of materials for our Game FacesŪ Temporary Tattoos at least once per year. If any such supplier is found non-compliant with this Code, they will be given notice in writing and 60 days to become compliant. If the supplier fails to do so, Team Dynamics will cease doing business with said supplier.
